En consecuencia, ABSTENERSE de adelantar el trámite de cumplimiento o de incidente de desacato solicitado por la señora Elide Isabel Sanabria Medina.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, DEVOLVER el expediente al Juzgado Dieciséis Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga.
